The agenda begins with a welcome reception and cocktails on Monday evening, 15th June at the W Hotel Sun Deck Terrace. For those of you arriving earlier, before the Welcome Reception on Monday 15th, we invite you to take advantage of our insight User Training or join us on a variety of sightseeing options available from midday onwards. Tuesday 16th June includes the full day conference at the W Hotel followed by The Customer Appreciation Dinner and Sundown Beach Party.
Wednesday 17th June includes the half day conference and afternoon User Group Meetings.
